Study Visa Counselor

You will play a key role in helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad by providing accurate advice, personalized counseling, and professional support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Counseling**: Meet with students and parents to understand their academic goals, financial background, and study abroad preferences.
- **Program Guidance**: Advise students on course selection, universities, and countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.) based on eligibility and interests.
- **Documentation Review**: Verify and organize documents such as academic records, financial proofs, and identity papers as per visa requirements.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with changing international education policies, embassy guidelines, and visa regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Provide professional support and guidance throughout the student journey — from admission to visa approval.
- **Events & Outreach**: Participate in or organize seminars, workshops, and study abroad events to guide prospective students.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in education, business, or a related field).
- Prior experience in **study visa counseling, overseas education consulting, or immigration services** preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student cases efficiently.
- Good knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
