**JD - SERVICEDEALER**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client acquisitions

2. Demat Account Opening

3. Broker Generation

4. Trade Execution / Trade Confirmation

5. Provide assistance to clients with account inquiries, trade-related issues, and technical support.

6. Maintain records of client transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

8. Collaborate with internal teams such as research, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of trades and delivery of services.

9. Stay informed about changes in market regulations and industry best practices.

10. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all dealings with clients and colleagues.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduate with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the stock brokerage industry.

2. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products.

3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in using trading software and platforms.

5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the stock brokerage industry in India.

8. Relevant certifications such as NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification would be an advantage.
