**Position**:Quality Assurance Technician

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Salary**:Negotiable

**Experience**: Minimum 2 -4 years required

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Inspections**: Perform regular inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
- **Testing & Calibration**: Conduct testing of materials, components, and finished products using various inspection methods, tools, and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Ensure that equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions taken. Prepare and submit regular quality reports to management.
- **Process Audits**: Regularly audit production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Identify issues related to product quality or production processes and work with production teams to resolve them. Recommend process improvements and corrective actions when necessary.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines (e.g., ISO standards, safety standards, etc.).
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to address quality-related issues and help implement improvements.
- **Training**: Assist in training production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and process optimization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of quality control techniques and tools (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience using measurement and testing instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.27 per month
