**_I. Job Summary _**
Support Purchase function for Curtis India plant.
**_II. Principal Responsibilities _**
- Supporting procurement team for buying activities including but not restricted to Order Processing, Scheduling, Vendor Communication, Resolving any vendor related issues / queries
- Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries of ordered material.
- Routine connect with warehouse for updates on incoming material and stock status and with Finance for Vendor payments.
**_III. Major Challenges _**
The position is expected to: Fulfil the requirements of Procurement systems to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
Successful vendor development and on time deliveries of the parts
Able to meet Quality & Cost targets planned by Management
