**Store keeper Job Overview**:
Storekeeping is the process of maintaining safe custody of all raw materials, supplies, finished products, purchased items and other store-related inventories. Storekeepers are responsible for the handling of materials and ensuring that there is no deterioration of the material.
- Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment as per government regulation
- Manage the store layout
- Supervise other staff members and keep a record of sales
- Receive, upload, and shelf all supplies
- Perform stock related duties like returning, packing, labelling, and pricing goods
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
- Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment
- Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
- Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- Generate a material received report (MRR) timely
- Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of proper book keeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 5 - 10 Kgs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
