**Job Purpose**

Look for ways to optimize the operating cost of the Bank through analytics
- **Responsibilities**:

- Cost Analytics and Financial Closing
Overseeing cost analytic
- Designing Reporting Architecture
- Managing qtrend Financial closing
- Managing stat. Audit
- Budgetary Control
Managing timely Budget Consolidation and validation
- Ensuring the actual cost remains within budgets through variance analysis and discussions with stakeholders
- Forecast
Managing timely consolidation of Forecast and ensuring that the qtr cost remains within the forecasted number
- Forecast Strategies
- Cost Driver Framework
Identifying the cost drivers
- Creating the framework linking the drivers with the cost incurred.
- Cost Reduction
Driving cost reduction in the Bank

Staff Productivity and Staffing Approvals
- Ensure staffing in the concerned units is backed by staffing models and new staffing approvals are in line with the volume growth and new activities added.
- Look for opportunities to reduce staff.
