Presales Executive

Job Title: Sales and Pre-Sales Trainee

Job Summary: The Sales and Pre-Sales Trainee will work closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, and provide support throughout the sales process. The trainee will be responsible for learning and supporting the sales and pre-sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, and sales presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in prospecting and lead generation, including conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact with prospects.
- Qualify leads and opportunities by understanding client requirements, conducting needs assessments, and determining the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, including identifying client requirements and drafting responses to RFPs.
- Support the Sales team in developing and delivering sales presentations, including preparing demos and providing product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment on messaging and solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technology solutions is a plus.

Working Conditions:

- Work in an office environment.
- May require some travel to client sites.
- May require working outside of regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
