**Job Summary**:
**Objectives of this role**:

- Play a key role in positioning, messaging, and storytelling to attract new clients.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns that directly support business development and client acquisition goals.
- Monitor consumer and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide support for virtual and in-person events focused on lead generation and client engagement.
- Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance the company's brand and attract new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies and initiatives.
- Support the operation team in prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings.
- Maintain and update databases with client information and interactions.
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the operation team to create outreach strategies and marketing campaigns focused on client acquisition.
- Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports related to business development and client acquisition.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify areas of opportunity for business development.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of business development and client acquisition initiatives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
