**Responsibilities**:
Setting up a Central Service Division
- Ensuring schedule service to all customers with in the fixed time frame

given by the sales department
- Monitoring “Deejay 4 U” Mobile App
- Providing Solutions to Farmers

/Customers technical problems.
- Updating technical content in the mobile app.
- Effectively addressing/resolving Customer’s field Complaints and at the

same time, in maintaining and improving good relationship/rapport with

our Customers.
- Categorise the customers into different groups based on quantity to

work out different service strategies
- Prepare service strategy from time to time for different customer

categories with RSM’s and keep Management aware.
- Prepare monthly schedule of customer service visits for each area of

each region.
- Allot the task to the specified field staff.
- Provide on the spot solution to the farmers through the field staff.
- Maintain data files for all service visits of the team.
- Provide monthly analysis of area-wise complications and product

performance reports.
