**Role & responsibilities**

**1. **Maximizing sales to meet and exceed store budgets.

**2. **Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of materials used or required.

**3. **Advising management on out of stock and slow selling items.

**4. **Ensuring an effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management.

**5. **Identifying individuals with potential within the store and allocating additional responsibilities to further their development.

**6. **Managing Inward & Outward of stocks and inventory management.

**7. **Ensuring effective communication of issues and ideas between store and operational management, including physical maintenance standards and security.

**8. **Ensuring that store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities and constantly seeking the improvement of staff awareness of stock
- loss issue.

**9. **Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures at the store.

**10. **Engage the staffs with regular briefing and give suggestions to the seniors.
