Job Title: Salesman / Saleswoman

Department: Retail Sales

Reports To: Floor Incharge / Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Salesman or Saleswoman helps customers in the store, gives them product information, handles billing, and keeps the store neat and tidy. Their main goal is to give good service and help increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a smile and offer help.
- Understand what the customer needs and suggest the right products.
- Give information about products, prices, and offers.
- Keep shelves full, clean, and well-arranged.
- Help with unpacking and arranging new stock.
- Listen to customer complaints and try to solve them.
- Keep the shop floor clean and organized.
- Work as a team to reach the store’s sales goals.
- Follow store rules and safety measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Good communication and friendly nature.
- Must like talking to people and helping them.
- Should know how to use billing machines or be ready to learn.
- Minimum education: 10th or 12th pass / Diploma.
- Must be ready to learn and work in a busy shop.

Working Conditions:

- You’ll need to stand for many hours during work.
- Must be ready to work on weekends
- Sometimes you’ll need to carry or move products.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
