**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce creative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, advertisements, marketing materials, and branding elements.
- Collaborate with project managers, marketers, and other team members to understand project goals and target audiences, translating them into effective design solutions.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final production, ensuring designs are consistent, innovative, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work within established deadlines while managing multiple design projects concurrently.
- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for digital products.
- Prepare and deliver final design files in various formats, ensuring proper file resolution and specs for production and digital use.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
- Provide support for ad-hoc design requests, including revisions, adjustments, and updates to existing designs.
- Work with printers and other external vendors to ensure accurate production of materials.
- Maintain a well-organized design library for easy access and reuse of creative assets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience creating user-centric designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including branding, print, digital design, and UI/UX work.
- A solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve within design constraints.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output.
- Time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or other web development tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.
