**Shift Timings**:11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (midnight)** **(2 hours break in between)**

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Waiter is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience in a similar role in the food & beverage industry**(3-5 years’ experience preferred).
- **Strong customer service**and communication skills.
- Ability to **handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.**:

- Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed with a **customer-first attitude.**:

- **Fluency in English**and local languages (Kannada, Hindi preferred).
- Flexible to work on **weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts**.
