Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Helper

1. Food Preparation: Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation, including washing and chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.

2. Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including countertops, sinks, stoves, and refrigerators.

3. Dishwashing and Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Commi (Commissary)

1. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and storing inventory, including dry goods, produce, and meats.

2. Food Storage and Handling: Ensure proper storage and handling of food items, including labeling and dating.

3. Commissary Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized commissary area.

**Requirements**:
1. Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

2. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow instructions.

3. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

4. Basic Knowledge of Kitchen Operations: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
