**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grade 1
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess and report on student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments
- Collaborate with fellow educators, coordinators, and parents to support each child's development
- Maintain discipline, classroom decorum, and safety of students at all times
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning tools where applicable
- Participate actively in school events, workshops, and parent meetings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)
- 2+ years of teaching experience in primary classes, preferably with Grade 1
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and primary school pedagogy
- Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young learners
- Residing nearby or willing to relocate/commute to Jakkur

**Preferred Skills**:

- Creative classroom management strategies
- Basic computer and digital teaching tools knowledge
- Positive attitude and team player mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
