**Job Summary**:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, promote products/services, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹9,211.22 - ₹20,000.00 per month
