Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Database Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for Sales and Marketing activities, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and optimization.
- CRM Management: Utilize your expertise in CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.) to manage and analyze customer data, leads, and interactions, driving personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Data-driven Insights: Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate actionable insights from campaign data, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Targeted Campaigns: Strategize and implement targeted campaigns that align with customer personas and industry-specific requirements to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, analyzing results to optimize future campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and digital marketing trends will be a plus.
- Passionate about marketing and driven to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
