**Roles & Responsibilities**

Lyca Digital is looking for seasoned Affiliate Marketers with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, whether within an agency or in-house setting.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with internal Product, Creative & Content Teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, conversion optimization, retargeting strategies, and performance tracking.
- Plan, track, and execute campaigns aligned with specific business and growth objectives, continually measuring and optimizing performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, etc.
- Take ownership of onboarding new Networks/Partners and drive their performance efficacy and volume.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (Publishers, ad networks, agencies, service providers) and internal teams.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze results, identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements for affiliate activities and overall program effectiveness.
- Support top performing affiliate partners by providing campaigns, promotions, assets, and tools to maximize their efforts and incentivize further collaboration.
- Analyze affiliate performance, develop key metrics, and report back to senior management on performance.
- Manage affiliate operations, including acquisition, setup, payments, invoicing, and dispute resolution.

Mandate Skill Sets
- International Experience in affiliate marketing is required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ad network client management experience is preferred.
- The ability to use insights data, affiliate performance, and key trends for the development of strategies and plans.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables/v-lookup), and able to extract trends from a large pool of data.
- International affiliate marketing experience
- Hands-on with CRM Tools
- Good knowledge on MS Excel and advanced
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong stake-holder management or client-management background.
- Self-starter with ability to take ownership, display high commitment and multitask.
- Nature of Job: Permanent Payroll with Lyca Digital, 100% Full-time Work from Office (5 Days Working)

**Engagement Type**:

- Payroll and Compliance to be managed by: Lyca Digital

**Salary Discussion**:

- The final offer will get released based on your overall experience, Interview Performance and current CTC.
- Standard in the market - 30% to 40% Hike from the client offers; however, you can always counter the released offer and discuss with the client.
