Job Title: Agriculture Field Officer

Location: Sambhajinagar

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing agricultural strategies that increase productivity and profitability.
- Conducting research and providing advice on new agricultural techniques and technologies.
- Building relationships with farmers, suppliers, FPOs, and other stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
- Providing training and education to farmers on best practices for crop production and management.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor crops and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data.
- Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Monitoring client farms through advance technology like satellite monitoring

Salary :Depends upon skill and calibar

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agriculture, preferably in a field officer or similar role. Freshers can also apply
- Strong knowledge of modern agricultural techniques and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license.
