**Job Role**:
We are looking for a **Content Creator & Reel Video Editor** who can **shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels** and manage content across social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Reel Video Creation & Editing**
- Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels.
- Edit videos with trendy transitions, effects, and captions.
- Stay updated with social media trends to create viral content.

**Social Media Content Management**
- Generate creative content ideas for Instagram & YouTube.
- Plan and schedule posts to maintain audience engagement.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

**Content Creation**
- Develop ideas for video scripts and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging and relatable content.

**Skills Required**:

- Video shooting & editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube trend.
- Creative storytelling & content planning
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
