Server/waiter

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs in a proactive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions as appropriate

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
