**Job description**

We are looking for someone who produces high quality project design deliverables in both

FF&E and construction documents. An Interior Designer lead can work on any/all phases of

development including PreDesign, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction

Documents and Construction Administration. Report to the management on tasks and

deliverables and work directly with him/her to ensure the facilitation of a project’s

completion; on-time, on/under-budget, and meets quality standards.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Will present and lead in client tours and design interaction
- Meet with company sales representatives and clients to gather project requirements,
- establish project timeline, and develop project budget
- Reviews RFP and Bid specifications
- Develop creative design concepts and space plans that fulfill client requirements
- Gather dimensions of project area and prepares accurate base drawings as needed
- Generate furniture plans with intelligent graphics on AutoCAD and/or Configura including
- 3D’s and elevations as required
- Generate accurate furniture specifications using Configura programs
- Develop color schemes with material and finish selections within schedule and budget

**Requirements**:

- Prepare installation plans as requested
- Lead mentoring and coaching of junior and interior designers
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with differing scope and products
- Participate as an organization leader related to projects,
- Hosts design charrettes
- Will lead showroom tours
- Participate in and prepare furniture inventories as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
- Certification of Interior Design Qualification
- 2 years’ experience in the contract furniture industry preferable

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
