Job Title: Site Supervisor

**Job Description**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your primary role is to ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications and timelines. You will be the point of contact between the construction team, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.

2. **On-site Supervision**:

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and performance of construction teams and subcontractors.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site promptly.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.

4. **Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for construction crews.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, materials usage, and manpower hours.
- Prepare and submit reports to project managers on project status, issues, and recommendations.

6. **Client Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives on-site.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

7. **Problem Solving**:

- Identify potential risks or obstacles to project success and develop proactive solutions.
- Respond effectively to unforeseen challenges during construction, minimizing delays and cost overruns.

8. **Team Leadership**:

- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to construction crews to ensure productivity and morale.
- Foster a positive work environment conducive to collaboration and high performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
