**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, parents, and other stakeholders. Act as a resource for them, addressing concerns, and fostering trust in the institute's programs and services.

5. Admissions Decisions: Collaborate with the admissions committee to make informed decisions on applicant acceptance, waitlisting, or rejection. Ensure all decisions align with the institute's admission criteria and standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, Business, or related disciplines).
- Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple applicants' files and ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Knowledge of educational programs and the higher education landscape is beneficial.
- Familiarity with admission management systems and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on meeting enrollment targets and institute objectives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Howrah, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
