**Qualification**: B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
**Experience**: 4 to 6 years
**Industry**: Industrial / Pharmaceutical / Chemicals / Laboratories

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage MEP fit-out projects for clean rooms, labs, and warehouses.
- Oversee installation work to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project efficiency.
- Coordinate across site teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to design drawings and construction sequences.
- Plan, track, and manage project schedules and milestones.
- Verify and certify contractor bills and site measurements.
- Support commissioning and qualification activities, particularly for cleanroom and pharmaceutical environments.
- Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD for project documentation, reporting, and design review.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- MEP project execution and coordination
- Cleanroom and pharma project experience
- MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency
- Project scheduling and billing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
