Fund Raiser

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or donor management is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet financial targets.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Passion for social causes and community impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement fundraising campaigns and donor outreach activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing donors.
- Identify potential funding sources including individuals, corporates, and grants.
- Organize fundraising events, both physical and online (e.g. donation drives, charity events, etc.).
- Draft compelling proposals, donation appeals, and communication materials.
- Maintain fundraising databases and track donor engagement and donations.
- Collaborate with marketing, program, and finance teams to align fundraising goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI and donor feedback.
- Develop and implement **fundraising campaigns** (online and offline)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
