**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Academic Leadership**: Support the Principal in implementing the academic curriculum and educational policies. Ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
- **Administrative Support**: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- **Staff Supervision**: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff. Provide leadership and mentorship to teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring professional development and performance improvement.
- **Disciplinary Oversight**: Maintain discipline across the school, working with faculty to enforce school policies and procedures related to student behavior, attendance, and academic performance.
- **Student Welfare**: Monitor student progress and welfare, addressing any concerns related to their academic performance, behavior, or personal development. Promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with department heads and teachers to review, develop, and improve the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- **Parental Communication**: Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child’s academic progress, school events, and concerns. Organize parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- **Event Management**: Assist in organizing and managing school events, extracurricular activities, and celebrations that contribute to the holistic development of students.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the school complies with all local regulations, academic standards, and accreditation requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports for the Principal regarding school operations, staff performance, academic progress, and other key areas.
- **Financial Oversight**: Assist in managing the school’s budget, ensuring financial resources are used effectively for educational and operational needs.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
