**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement technical SEO strategies that improve website visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, mobile optimization, and performance.
- Oversee multiple SEO projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and create detailed reports to track progress and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in technical SEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical SEO or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing SEO projects and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
