**Your Role**:
**- Define best practices, governance models, and usage guidelines for GitHub Copilot.**

**- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demos to upskill teams.**

**- Stay up to date with the latest features, capabilities, and limitations of GitHub Copilot and related tools.**

**- Evaluate and recommend Copilot extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance developer experience.**

**- Mentor developers on how to effectively collaborate with AI tools like GitHub Copilot.**

**Your Profile**:
**- 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in at least one of: Java, PHP, Python, or ABAP.**

**- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.**

**- Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.**

**- Experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Advanced Security.**

**- Exposure to other AI coding assistants (e.g., Amazon Code Whisperer).**

**- Experience in setting up internal developer platforms or developer experience initiatives.**
