Principle Responsibility Core responsibility is to meet and connect with new hires on a daily basis to understand their issues

Interact with the process on-boarding team and prospective selects for ensuring 100% compliance as detailed in the RFP and NDA- Liaise with support functions for effective resolution of trainee issues
- Engage trainees in an effective manner during the Trainee Awaiting Training Phase in order to arrest infant attrition.
- Should be able to have excellent rapport with training and WFM stakeholders to understand training requirement and numbers and accordingly allocate and manage training labs
- Should be able to represent as a Wipro Brand Ambassador in front of new hires

Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills.- Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and self-directed
- Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
- Good analytical ability
- Experience in media monitoring will be added advantage
