Freelancer Medical Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you
**Your responsibilities**:
- Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients in India.
- Calling, Screening and scheduling appointments for patients (no sales calls, pure customer engagement).
- Being part of a team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients connect with each other.
***Your profile**:
- You speak Hindi (mother-tongue) and English.
- You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
- You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a excellent service to customers.
- You can choose your own availability, whether that is morning, afternoon, or evening time.
- You have an understanding of medical topics, experience in the medical field is a plus
