- Procure medications and supplies efficiently, ensuring consistent availability of essential items.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize stock shortages, and prevent overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to secure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage expiration dates to maintain compliance.

3. Patient Care and Counseling:

- Provide counseling on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Offer personalized advice on managing chronic conditions and improving overall health.
- Assist patients with selecting appropriate over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.

4. Customer Service:

- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Address and resolve patient questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Educate patients on wellness initiatives, immunizations, and preventive care.
