We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Customer Care Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Collaborate and coordinate with team members and other departments when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and efficient customer support.

**Requirements**:

- **FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY or please do not apply**.

Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience in customer support will be an added advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in a **Fixed Night Shift**(Monday to Friday).
