**Contractual role for 6 months**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, where you will have the opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life and contribute to the creation of beautiful and functional living spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design residential interior spaces based on client requirements and preferences.
- Prepare **technical drawings, detailed specifications** and **coordinated drawing**schedules for contractors.
- Assist in design concepts, material selections, mood boards, and layouts for residential projects.
- Create 3D renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and decor elements that align with the design vision.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage and update project documentation and design files.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Ability to create 3D visualizations and renderings to showcase design ideas
- Proficiency in softwares like **AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds max.**:

- Proven experience in residential interior design automation and execution with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent design, spatial planning, and conceptualization skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
