ob Post: Hospital Dietitian (1 Year Experience)

Position: Hospital Dietitian Experience: 1 year (Freshers are also welcome) Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team at Eden Hospital in Chandigarh. As a Hospital Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutrition care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized diet plans to promote their overall health and well-being. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective implementation of dietary guidelines and recommendations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized diet plans based on patients' medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and treatment goals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and dietary practices.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' nutritional assessments, diet plans, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dietitian in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and therapeutic diets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
