**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller who can bring ideas to life through short-form and long-form videos. You’ll work closely with our social media and marketing teams to create engaging, scroll-stopping content that drives views, shares, and conversions.

**What You’ll Work On**
- Create high-quality, engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with campaign goals
- Edit videos with trending effects, transitions, captions, and background music
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form assets for social media
- Research trending video styles, audio tracks, and formats for higher virality
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity
- Work with AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Veed, CapCut) to speed up production
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, hooks)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven ability to shoot and edit videos for social media (portfolio required)
- Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Understanding of current social media trends, especially Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Basic motion graphics skills are a plus
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines without compromising quality

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with AI video generation/editing tools
- Knowledge of SFX and color grading
- Photography skills for behind-the-scenes or brand shoots
