**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and confident **Content Creator** who is passionate about women's ethnic fashion and understands how to captivate and grow audiences across social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. If you’re camera-friendly, up-to-date with trends, and can translate brand stories into visual content, we’d love to have you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and produce engaging **reels, posts, and short-form video content** for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay on top of the latest **social media trends, challenges, and platform algorithm updates**.
- Conceptualize and pitch fresh content ideas that align with Silchic’s **brand voice, style, and audience**.
- Collaborate closely with the **marketing and design teams** to plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a **consistent posting schedule** and ensure content is delivered on time with a high standard of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of **social media trends**, content formats, and platform best practices.
- **Creative mindset** with a flair for fashion — especially Indian ethnic styles.
- **Confidence in front of the camera** and ability to ideate and shoot independently.
- Prior experience in **content creation, video editing, and social media management** is preferred.
- Good **communication skills**, time management, and attention to detail.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**
- Familiarity with **video editing tools** like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of **photography or graphic design tools** (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Experience with **fashion styling or product showcasing**.
