**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To ensure the availability of teaching content and resources
- Planning and preparing Mock-Test assessment papers and module specific reference

material for students.
- Planning the course of action as per the content road map in advance.
- Conducting classroom sessions of every nature and identifying weak students to plan and execute the course of action for skill development.
- Suggesting changes or amendments in Content and conducting Day-Off sessions.
- Responsible for retention of Non-qualifiers and Drop-outs
- Meeting students and guardians for performance discussion and ensuring the maintenance and record keeping of student’s exam feedback.
- Maintaining the decorum and conduct inside the premises.
- Maintaining and presenting the Day End Report to the immediate supervisor.
- Assisting in the promotional activities and conducting off-site sessions.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent communication skills(Oral & Written both)
- Must be Well Presented & Confident
- Experience: 0.6 - 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karnal, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
