**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the [industry/sector] industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with the ability to effectively prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
