**Project Proposal Writing**: Craft comprehensive and persuasive proposals for various NGO projects, ensuring they align with potential funders’ guidelines and priorities.
Progress Report Writing: Prepare detailed progress reports for ongoing projects, showcasing achievements, addressing challenges, and outlining future plans to keep stakeholders well-informed.
Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research to back project proposals, including needs assessments, beneficiary impact evaluations, and sustainability strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and external partners to collect necessary information and ensure proposals and reports reflect organizational goals and meet donor expectations.
Documentation and Compliance: Guarantee all proposals and reports adhere to internal standards and external regulatory requirements, and manage a repository of submissions and feedback for ongoing improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in both native Bengali and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for project research and stakeholder meetings.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
- A team player with outstanding communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the non-profit sector and funding environment.
