**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Support monthly closings and preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain data entry and filing systems for financial information.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., TDS, GST, Income Tax).

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
- Certification in accounting tools or software (e.g., Tally, Excel, or SAP FICO).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
