**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 plus incentive per month.

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.

Identify and establish contact with potential customers through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.

Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.

Manage existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:
A graduate degree in any field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Fluency in Malayalam and English.

Must be a resident of Malappuram.
