**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies found.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of data entry tasks.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality according to company policies.
- Assist with generating data reports as needed.
- Organize and maintain records, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily retrievable.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to address data-related issues or requests.
- Participate in data quality assurance processes and suggest improvements when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of proven data entry experience in the IT industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- **Typing Speed**: Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (mention WPM if preferred).
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Confidentiality**: Understanding of data protection and confidentiality practices.

**Educational Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data management tools or ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of IT industry-specific data requirements.

Pay: ₹12,368.78 - ₹37,643.51 per month
