**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Inquiries & Reservations**:
- Handle inbound calls from potential guests, answering questions about hotel services, room availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Assist guests with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Follow up on inquiries from leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- **Customer Service & Support**:
- Address guest concerns and provide solutions for any issues raised during calls, ensuring guest satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Provide information on hotel packages, promotions, and events, encouraging guests to take advantage of special offers.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments (housekeeping, front desk, concierge) to resolve any service-related issues.
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, travel agents, or corporate partners to promote hotel services, packages, and events.
- Follow up with past guests or clients for feedback, retention efforts, or special offers for repeat bookings.
- **Internal Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate with the front office and reservations team to ensure seamless handling of guest requests or bookings.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote new packages, seasonal offers, and events through targeted calls.
- **Event & Conference Bookings**:
- Handle calls related to corporate events, weddings, conferences, and other group bookings.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel’s facilities for large events and assist in booking meeting rooms, banquets, and other hotel services.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed records of calls made, bookings confirmed, guest preferences, and follow-up actions.
- Provide regular reports on call volumes, booking statistics, and customer feedback to the management team.

- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:
- Utilize CRM software to update guest information, track reservations, and document customer interactions.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are logged and followed up promptly.
