We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to schools and educational institutions. This role requires a proactive approach to fieldwork, lead generation, and fostering partnerships with schools to promote our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to target schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in schools, including principals, administrators, and educators.
- Conduct fieldwork to visit schools and present our products/services, effectively communicating their value propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services to school stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing activities, lead generation metrics, and sales pipeline progress.
- **Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and business meetings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in making a positive impact in schools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Malappuram, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
