**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to client locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Installation & Setup**: Install and configure equipment at customer sites according to specifications.
- **Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- **Customer Support**: Provide on-site or remote assistance, addressing client concerns and ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage and maintain an inventory of tools and replacement parts.
- **Training**: Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting steps.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar technical role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
