**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Marketing, BCA, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: 6-12 months of practical experience in Facebook ads management, especially in e-commerce marketing, is mandatory.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign management, and performance analysis (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns based on data trends.
- **Strong Client Communication**: Ability to explain marketing strategies and results clearly to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and run Facebook ads for e-commerce clients to maximize conversions and profitability.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure clients’ goals are achieved.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling ads that perform well.
- **Client Management**: Act as the point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights to improve their campaigns.
