**Company Profile**:
We are an emerging B2B and B2C marketplace for Lab-Grown Diamonds and all the other by-products. We are on a mission to change the way the lab-grown diamond industry operates by making it very easy and quick to buy and sell diamonds. We aim to close the bridge between buyers and sellers of lab-grown diamonds through our marketplace, which will focus on facilitating Quick Deliveries, Transparent Pricing and Financing options to purchase and sell diamonds and jewelry worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:
a.Finding the right delivery partner and ensuring that we get the best pricing and service.

b.Finding current logistic problems in the diamond industry.

c.Creating SOP for logistics flow, process-oriented and focused on standardizing processes and workflows, also formulate strategies to improve performance and make the operations lean.

d.Ensuring 100% correct customs documentation in both export and import countries. e.Managing transportation budget and activities for inbound and outbound flows, and physical distribution network optimization and performance.

f.Maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and getting timely pickups arranged.

g.Build relationships with the courier vendors/custom officials to get seamless package delivery. h.Perform Quality Controls and monitor logistics KPIs.

i.Be a team player and support the team in their endeavours and scale new highs.

j.Hire, Train, Supervise and guide new team members and help with their workflow development.

k.Driving operational excellence and best practices to improve the supply chain process.

**Qualifications**:
a.Degree in Supply Chain Management or Commerce. (MBA Desirable)

b.3-4 Years Experience in Operations/Supply chain management.

c.Strong MS Excel operating Skills.

d.Experience in leadership positions in startup roles will be preferable.

e.Great Networking and Communication Skills.

f.Diamond Industry or Import/Export experience preferred

**Salary**: 30k - 50k
