All their products have been using super combed cotton and high quality dye, under their supervision to ensure consistently amazing quality and comfort. They try to target all your needs and preferences.

**Role**: Social Content Creator

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years

**Location**: Pune

**Working**: 6 days working

**Current CTC**: 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and high-quality social media content, including images, videos/Reels, and written copy, that aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach on various social media platforms
- Produce cohesive and effective social media campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and industry changes to ensure content remains relevant and timely
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, and use data and learnings for tweaking strategies and decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and ew platforms to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive
- Respond and engage with our consumers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mindset
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
