**Job Description**:
As a Motion Graphic Designer at Tradejini, you'll be a key player in crafting visually compelling representations of our brand and products. Working closely with our marketing and design teams, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching visual assets that effectively communicate our message across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create visually appealing infographics and data visualizations for clear communication.
- Design and maintain brand identity elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our visual assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across various mediums.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
